Residents can:
Call a dedicated phone number from a facility managed phone number
Choose from a simple menu (“For Wellness, press 1…”)
Speak naturally with their chosen AI companion
End the call anytime
Call again whenever they want companionship

Residents can receive scheduled check-in calls if the facility chooses.
